    Send us your pilot properties. We create a mobile listing page for each one and supply a Scan2Home QR board.

  2. Buyers scan the board

    Anyone walking past points their phone camera at the code. Photos, floorplan, EPC and key facts open straight away, with no app to download.

  3. You get the viewing request

    Buyers pick a slot and leave their details. You get a ready-to-confirm request, with scan data to show your vendor.

Nothing. Pilot partners get Scan2Home and branded QR boards for their pilot listings free of charge. In return we ask for honest feedback on what works and what doesn't.

Does this replace Rightmove or Zoopla?

No. Scan2Home works alongside the portals. It catches the buyers who are standing outside the property, who are often the most motivated, and turns that moment into an enquiry for you.

Do buyers need to download an app?

No. Any modern smartphone camera can scan the code, and the listing opens straight away in the phone's browser.

How long does it take to get set up?

We handle the setup. Send us your pilot listings and we'll create the pages and arrange the boards. Our team will guide you through every step.
